Bleading the fuel system??

Have you tried starting with the block heater plugged in for an hour or two before? You can also add a blow dryer or heat gun aimed into the intake to help heat up the air.
I think your issue may be more glow plug related than fuel.

Thank you guys so much, i will get a lift pump to help, and yes there are issues with my glow plugs, i do have a block heater. also there is no fuel heater in my truck. any ideas to add one in. other than stock 6.9 inline heater or 7.3 fuel head? im worried about finding them
