Are there different size excursions?

My 2001 X definitely seems shorter especially in the cargo area than my 2000 X was. Did they come in different sizes?

With the 3rd seat in, it seems smaller. Only one size ever made - Grande.

I do not remember noticing a difference when I was looking to buy one. Is it possible you are comparing vehicles where one has the furthest rear seat removed?

I dont think so. I believe they all are the same size. My 2002 X Limited is the same size as my old 2003 Limited.

I know what it is... You've grown. The same thing happened to me when I went back just recently to a playground I used to frequent when I was a kid. I said there's no way this is the same playground. It was. I grew. Maybe not the same for you. Just a thought. I need a beer.

Didn't they change the third row from a fold back both ways to an only fold forward around that model year or was it later in years? Could the change effect the visual impression of the cargospace?

My 2000 (first year for Excursions) is a fold-forward only.
