Forget the body lift and have a USABLE truck!!! Body lifts weaken the truck besides they look goofy, tires bigger than 36 inches are going to be big enough to rob your trucks performance unless you put some $$$ in gear changes..

well if its an F350, you have a 351w or bigger. if you have a 351, dont go any bigger than 35s, actually id stick with 33s (but go big or go home i guess) itll suck the power right out of it, and itll look cosmetically fine being just 35s, and if you have a big block or a 7.3, how much power do you want to suck out of it putting big tires on? dont put on a body lift, that would be foolish. but if youve got yourself talked into it, id guess youd be able to fit 38s with some pretty offset rims.
