Tire size
What is the largest size tire would I be able to put on an 84 F250 with a 460 engine? I have the opportunity to pick up some 35X12.50R16.5 tires and rims with the correct 8 lug pattern for cheap and was wondering if I was going to have to put on a body lift at the least. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Your going to need a lift (body or suspension) for 35s.
Even 33s need some lift (unless you never hit a bump).
Also keep in mind that going from the stock 29 or 30 inch tires to 35s is like swapping your 3.54 gears for 3.00s
