DP Tuner question....

DP Tuner question....
My Dad has an Edge box (juice with attitude) on his truck that is some four or five years old and I want to get him an F5 or F6 from DP. My question is can he keep the edge box hooked up to monitor the data and use a DP chip at the same time?

Yes, just sold my Edge Juice w/Attitude. It works by intercepting the signals coming off the stock computer in the wiring harness to the sensors. By being "inline" the Edge computer makes offset changes. I had mine stacked with my Diablo programmer. Majority of the time I left it on level 0(stock) and just used the gauges. I'm gonna order a DP shortly... but cant decide on F5 or F6.

I've got the F6 and I don't regret it. You can sample tunes with this one. Tell Jody what you are interested in and he will email you a sample tune which gives you 10 start ups to try it out before you buy it, if I remember right. Pretty cool gig. I'm going to add some when I get home from Afghanistan and all I have to do is order what I want and he will email them to me and I just upload them to the chip and reconfigure the selector and its done. I don't have to go without my chip for days to send it back to add a tune that I'm not 100% sure I like. Just my .02
