Valve Cover Harness

Well I may need to get the injector harness for under the valve cover.

Is it best to buy from FORD, International, or parts store?

My dealer wants $79.00 each for them.

Are there any other parts I should replace?

I have the P1316 IDM code

All you may need is the 5o cent mod.

Riffraff has them if it turns out you indeed need them, along with quite a few other OEM parts.

I have not opened the cover to see if there is a harness issue or not. I just wanted to get some ideas as to what I may be up against if I need one.

I can not get any other coded with the test available with the MODIS scanner but. I can hear one injector not buzz as loud as all the other on the Pass side.

Check the harness first but I think your on the right track...

Clay has stuff for great prices.

I always keep a spare or two of things like that... I have several UVC gaskets, Harnesses, ICP sensors, IPR's, All kinds of crap like that.

Saves a trip to the parts house once you have everything torn down.
