Looks great. My only concern (and I'm sure you've thought of this...but just in case) will the three gauges fit in that spot? Mine has two gauges and unless they are smaller, I don't think a third would fit.
I just updated the PDF file. I added diodes to allow both compressor switches to act as master on the air locker switches at the same time, and not turning both compressors on at once.
When I do the air line layout both air systems, the air lockers and the main system, will be hooked together, but it will have a check valve in the main line going to the air lockers. that way either system will operate the lockers, but the little compressor will not be trying to fill the air tanks.

Looks good Bion.
I take it you're going to run two compressors and tie the supply lines together. What will keep the bags from reaching tank pressure if the big compressor is running? Will your Air Up switch control a solenoid to feed the bags?

Thanks!
Yes it will be using air valves on the bags.
As far as the plumbing, that will be on sheet 4. (edit make that sheet 5 or 6)
I'm starting sheet 3 now, which has all the primary wiring for lights, compressors, etc.
How flexible is the 4/0 SGX cable. As I recall it's 3/4 inches thick. Did you make your own cables? Are SGX rated cables worth the cost - advantage being only heat resistance? Great to see a pic under your ZC hood...

It's not all that flexible, but more than you would think. It can be routed ok. Just have to be sensible about where to put the components it attaches to.
Yes, I am making my own cables. Crimped using the cheap tool below and a 20 ton shop press. I hate hammering..
I've done it a couple of times with this setup before for my trailer. Works well.
This is all in the planning stage right now. I do all my major upgrades in Dec-Jan each year when I get the cash to do them. This is gonna be a big one this year. There is several things planned aside from all this electrical The axles are gonna get all new shafts and hopefully a Dynatrac spindle kit, new brakes/rotors/calipers, new ujoints all around, and all new steel braided lines.
Got some very light rust issues forming underneath, and those will be taken care of too.
Next year will be all the engine/exhaust/interior mods I am drooling to do.
