i agree, but the one guy i talk to i knew for 2 years, and even helped him with his truck, so i kinda trust him, lol

There's no such thing as breaking in a master cylinder! Let's start at the beginning are all 4 w/c's adjusted properly? Did you set the pedal rod depth properly? 4x 6x 10x does not matter, if you did not get all the compresable air out of the system! Did your fluid run clear and 100% new fluid coming out of the bleed screws on all 4 wheel cyls. with no bubbles at all?

tes all 4 wheels were adjusted, yes all the compressable air is out and clear new fluid running through all. and there is no adjustments to the pedal. only thing pedal is attached to is the rod that goes through the firewall, into the master. which is why im thinking the whole were the rod goes in is a little deeper, making the pedal travel farther to stop.

Can you come by the shop in the morning? I'd like to take a look at it! There should not be any pedal pushing or sound coming from the system it should just be hard pedal at the same spot every time without any bypassing and that's what I'm hearing you describe! Did you notice a proportioning valve in the system? And does your truck have a dual system? Or is it a single? Either way you need my help before you get hurt! I'm betting you are on a pressure lock out to the rear only and probably won't stop in 100 yards! Give me a call 570-1130 I'll be in Tempe at 06:00 and then I can come up to the shop mid morning but Zach, I'm not kidding it's most likely not bleeding correctly and you need to believe me, not the guy at auto zone, if I can keep the brakes on the Lamborghini, Ferrari, Masserati, Lotus, Porsche, NSX, Vette's, Alpha's, BMW's, Mercedes Benz, Rolls Royce, Cadillac's, Fiat's & an occasional Excalliber! I'm pretty sure I'm qualified to help you out with this, besides I never charge and imagine how cool your ps game would be on the 10' HD shop screen! My son loves "black-OP's" when I make him come down during the summer brakes!

Thank you for ur concern though. Everyone else is sayin "oh you will be fine" but I kno something aint right
