Question about cruise control
A little background first. I have a 1996 F250 7.3 turbo diesel custom (no frills)
How difficult is the addition of a donor factory cruise control to my ride?
This model has the segregated throttle (electronic control).
Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated.

just change the horn pad to one that has the cruise buttons, and find the 2 wires under the hood that would go to the master cylinder pressure switch and jump them out. there is a write up about it somewhere here.

Thanks for the info. I really hate cannibalizing it but it's a 2 wheel drive and When i see what some guys are paying for 4 wheel IDI or hi mileage PSD I think why not. Truck has 158K on it. Now I"m off topic, my apologies.
