part number

i got smoke when at idle seems like to me its the turbo seal an I need the part number fo an 04 turbo rebuild kit

www.gpopshop.com You'll have to call them with the number from the turbo to get the right kit depending on whether it's an 03 or 04 turbo. Also, check ebay. There's nothing available from Ford except a complete center housing rotating assembly for about $900.

where is the numbers on the turbo? only thing I seen on it when I had it out was Garrett but I wasn't looking for anything.

There should be a tag with an international number on it IIRC.

the only tag i found had garrett then p/n ----------- and s/n ---------

So no p/n or s/n either one??? How about the production date on the truck or location of the ICP sensor?

So I called g pop this morning. real nice people, got my kit ordered and it should be at my house Thursday and also they said they would send me links to turbo cleaning and rebuilding. i wonder if they will be to FTE 6.0 forum.
