Moog Pitman Arm???
I just ordered my Red-Head steering box and I need to order a new pitman arm but there is none listed from moog. There are moog pitman arms on ebay that say they will fit but give no info at all. I need a 36 tooth one.
Anyone know the part number? Stock ride height.

Found 3 sites that carry them. '99-04. They list it as a 32 spline, not a 36.

I guess because it has 220k miles on it I think it might be worn out so I want to get a new one.
Crap, Red-Head told me the one they are sending me has 36 teeth. Where do I find a pitman arm with 36 spline?
Found 3 sites that carry them. '99-04. They list it as a 32 spline, not a 36.

I don't think I've ever read about a worn out pitman arm. I've seen several shafts on the steering box break, but never a broken pitman arm.
If you really want to replace it, I bet your local parts store can get you one. If not them, the Ford dealer can.

Thank you! RockAuto shows that a MOOG-K80796 will fit my truck. Moog's website says it is for F450 and F550. Ordered one, will see how it goes!
