Dayum Talley, its about time you get to this Ford website. Its really quiet here tho; I hope you can wake things up tho.By the way,i'm leaving the plugs alone for awhile to see how they do.Thanx for all your input.
well... really .045" is just a good starting point in my opinion. Every motor is different in minor ways and all take a different liking. play with the gap. I know i dropped mine in with a .035" gap I noticed a nice improvement over the agsf 34ee plugs that only had 20k miles on them
4.2 guru huh? How about a little easy test. Lets say I have a 98 e-150 85K with a 4.2 with a miss on one cyl at cruising speeds. No miss at idle or full power. It has new plugs and wires. CEL is on with a code P0304. What is the most likely cause and how would you go about troubleshooting it?

Heres a tough one....
I took a 351C out of my 71 F250 which was bolted to a T18 4Spd.
I have a 3.8L SC thunderbird engine availible.
How similar is the 3.8 engine mounts to the 4.2L V6. What engine mounts could I use to land this in the correct position with respect to the Bellhousing?
