f250 front end

My 1999 f250 super duty keeps popping off the inner clip on my warn hubs and I hit a bump the inner gear engages the front axle behind the hub is 2 washers and a nut shaped washer and a snap ring that doesn't stay locked in the grove on the axle anyone have any ideas?

I had the samething happen to me last winter. After taking them apart and putting them together few times i cleaned them real good. Hasnt happened since. Dont know if i had to much grease???
