07 noise help

07 noise help
The noise I hear sounds like when u drift on the shoulder of the road an u hit the warning bumps if that makes sense. I only hear it for a second or two. It only happens when I'm driving at a good speed around 55 or 65 sometimes in between and I accelerate some then I hear the thud thud thud sound it does not happen when I come to a stop an then accelerate. If I'm running 55 ish and It goes in to passing gear to pass a car and I accelerate pretty good it don't do it I have 58000 on the truck I know the powertrain warranty is good to 60000 I'm just not sure if this is a tranny issue or what any advice would be helpful I should add I aent pulled nothing with this truck as of yet. I hope yall can understand my noise I'm hearing. The first time I heard it myself I thought I had just hit a bad part in the road. Thanks again
