Weird noise on acceleration

Weird noise on acceleration
When accelerating from a dead stop, or low speeds, going around a corner, etc. I get this weird squeal noise when I accelerate. It happens around 0-20 mph or so.
It seriously sounds like this:

What could be the source of that? Possibly my tranny?

Stop turning the night vision goggles on when your doing the following:
Accelerating from a dead stop, or low speeds, going around a corner, etc
That should fix the problem.
I would have a friend ride with you and drive it around with the windows down. See if you can get an idea of what part of the truck its coming from.
