I guess i wasn't thinking and was just trying to find stuff for a 96' 351W. But wont 90s 5.8 and 5.0 heads swap both ways?

 

Head bolt holes are larger in the 351w heads. Other than that, they are the same. So if you get a set of 302 heads, get the holes drilled out. If you happened to have a 302 and wanted to put 351w heads on it, they make adapters to let the smaller head bolts fit the larger holes in the 351w heads.
