Vin engine codes?

Vin engine codes?
Anyone know what the engine codes are for an 2003 f250 and what number it is from left to right? I Looked at a 2003 f250 tonite I know it's a diesel but I also know you could get a 6.0 or 7.3 according to production date but I have the vin but don't know the codes thanks for any help

I think these are correct:
L — 5.4L, Modular, SOHC, EFI, V8, Gas
S — 6.8L, SOHC, EFI, V10, Gas
F — 7.3L, OHV, DI Turbo, V8, Diesel
P — 6.0L, OHV, DI Turbo, V8, Diesel
Z — 6.8L, gaseous fuel prep (F-Series) compressed natural gas (NGV), SOHC, EFI
D — 6.8L, propane only (F-Series)
B — 5.4L, propane only (F-Series)
V — 6.8L, 3V, EFI, V10, gas '05
Should be the 8th character from the left.
