Yep... It's a two post. But the ceiling height is 11'4", so getting the motor under the cab once lifted will be a problem, I think. I just don't have the clearance needed.

Plus I'd have to leave the rear of the truck hanging out of the garage. This will make the cab unlevel, which may cause interference with the engine when I lift or lower it.

I think I'm gonna have to do them with the cab on.

Thanks for all the help with this. It's my own stupid fault for not buying a warranty.

You are referring to a two post lift, right? You should be able to lift just the cab and roll the truck out from underneath it if necessary. You can replace the headgaskets without removing the cab but it's a little different operation.
