my engine wont evin crank its not the starter of batteries or the relay at the fuse box. but if i turn the key to on and jump the cylniod on the starter it fires right up whats the problem

could be a bad ignition switch or a wire chaffe

you need a way to access the gear pid and make sure it reads park/nuetral

a scangauge can be programmed to check the transmission range sensor if you have one

Did you check ALL fuses?

This happened to a neighbor once, I went down, check a fuse under the steering wheel and it poped, before we could figure out why, he was at the dealer getting rid of it for an 11 duramax.

all fuses and relays are good. do you have a wiring diagram for the starting system and the fuse box the dealership told me my fuse box might be bad and i need a new one so im trying to see what wires i need to unhook

ok so it turns out what i thought was my starter relay (in fuse box) clicking wasnt and the relay gets no power any ideas
