please help im going crazy
So i shut off the truck today and thats when it all started it does nothing it wont even crank and heres what ive done so far batteries good starter good starter selonoid good (i took the starter out and checked it with the battery) neutraul safety switch good ignition switch good i should say this is all new but moving on if i unplug the selonoid wire up by the air box and touch the positive terminal with the key on it starts up perfect all the fuses and relays are also good when you turn the key to crank you can here the ingnition relay clicking but thats my problem and im stumped dont no what else to check please help

Which solenoid wire by the airbox? You mean the one on the passenger side by the vacuum pump?

From what you are describing it sounds like you need a new solenoid.

if you dont mind me asking how can that be what would be the differents if i give it 12v threw turning the key or 12v from the battery that woyld make me think that th selonoid would be good or are you talking about a different selonoid if you no what wire im talking about its the white/blue wire that has a plug just before it goes int the big harness that crosses the firewall if i unplug the to wires and use a test light on the side that comes out of the big harness and you turn the key to the crank spot i get no power ar all
