Is the CEL lit???? If so, scan the computer for trouble codes & post All of the code Numbers found, as they can offer up good trouble shooting clues.

If you don't have or can't come by a code reader, or scantool to do that, use your multimeter to check for B+ at the coil packs electrical connector at KOEO.
If you have B+ there at KOEO, look for a wiring or connection problem back to the computer, if no problems are found, suspect the computers ground switching driver has gone belly up.
If the crank sensor went belly up, the computer should be able to run the engine in limp home mode with just the cam sensors input, unless the timing belt broke.

Code numbers would really help with all the guessing, so try hard to get & post them. Let us know what you find.

those codes would not keep you from getting a spark........is there no spark on all 8 wires?.........cranks sensor do not fail very often and when they do they usually throw a code.........

P0135 = A problem with the bank 1 O2 sensor heater, or circuit.
P01443 = A problem with the evap system purge valve solenoid.

As powersmoked has said, neither of those has anything to do with your no spark problem & you didn't post any code that said that the computer is unhappy with the crank sensor, so for now I'd set aside the thought about throwing that part at the problem, unless you have a positive for it on a trouble shooting test.

Do you have B+ to the coilpack electrical connector at KOEO????
When the engine is cranked, is the computer supplying a switched ground to the coils in the coilpack??? Your multimeter, or a 12 volt test lamp will tell. If no switched ground when the engine is cranked, look for a connector pin/socket, wire, or computer ground switching driver problem.
From our "Tech Info" thread is a link on our "Waste Spark" system, that'll give you some idea on how it works & how to probe the coilpack electrical connector.
Ford DIS/EDIS "Waste Spark" Ignition System
More thoughts for consideration, let us know what you find.
