Unhappy Dyno HP numbers

So I just pulled my truck off the dyno and im wondering if i should be as upset as I should be I have a 07 F350 Super Crew Long Box 6L auto with AFE stage 2 intake with elbow , Magnaflow 4" turbo back straight pipe, Edge juice with attitude, and snows water meth kit with 2 jets . Well the stock run with only trany tune got me 261.55 HP and 383.71 TQ and with the tuner on extreme level 5 and snows water spraying and best of 16 runs later the truck peaked out at 353.78 HP and 579.30 TQ I was really hoping for at least 500 hp and like 900tq but is that unreasonable??

Well 353 and 579 at the rear wheels doesn't sound to shabby.these things louse as much as a 100 hp though the drive train.

You won't get anywhere near 500 rwhp without some serious coinage. (ie..bigger sticks a minimum 155's, bigger turbo, and some custom tunes). At that point you will need to upgrade the fuel system with a regulated return, and either a fass pump or Airdog II. The tranny will hold up too that kind of power, but chances are not for long, so you will need to upgrade it too.

On a side note. That After Market intake is not gaining you anything on these trucks. The stock one will flow as much or more air than anything on the market, and filter way better too. At the point that am intakes flow more air is way outside of the peak hp and torque range on a stock or just tuned 6.0. Plus they are known for causing problems such as dusting the turbo.
Also that programmer you are using are known to cause major problems with these trucks as well. The only way to go with the 6.0 is custom tunes. Currently there are two on the market that are recommended. The cheaper of the two is the SCT with custom tunes from either matt at gearhead automotive or Eric at innovative diesel. The other programer is the Spartan phalanx with there custom tunes. Also I have never really read of anyone getting any real gains out of a water methanal system either. Not saying they are good or bad just never heard of any real numbers.

yea i ran 2 runs for every setting from stock to level 5 with and without the water on just to see the gains and it was pretty consistant ranging from extra 6hp from stock to 11hp on level 5 im sure if i ran 50/50 meth itll be higher gains too and the egts were down a good 150-200 degrees

The horsepower numbers you are getting don't seem unreasonable but I feel like the torque ratings should be way higher. What kind of dyno are you using?

6.0's are not known for their torque numbers. IIRC out of all the dyno runs we did we never got over 800 tq. Even with 517 rwhp it was only something like 750 tq.

So stock torque at the wheels is only a measly 383 ft lbs? That's almost a 200 ft lb drive train loss, just doesn't seem right to me
