SCT Max safe HP??

I have all stock (except MBRP turbo back) 2006 F350. I am currently running a Hybrid tune from Spartan Diesel. They state it produces about 150-175 HP. Is anyone running a tune with more HP than this, safely? Also how can the 6.4L run safely at 200+ HP tunes with Spartans Phalanx tuner? But Xcal only get to about 170HP. I just want more POWER , but safe power, is it possible being stock?

Because Spartan's tuner has available FICM tuning which enables more tweaking of the tunes, something that SCT doesn't have available at this time(although Matt was able to coax it into mine for Beta testing before he started work on the phalanx). I think 170 is probably as safe as you want to go without studs, although truth be told no power setting is truly safe depending on how you drive it as I could stretch the bolts on a totally stock(including stock tuning of course). So to answer your question(I was eventually going to get to it), the reason you can get more hp with the phalanx is because of the extra tuning that it is able to do over what can be done with the SCT tuners for our trucks.
