e4od valve body

I swaped the vale body from a good e4od two wheel drive and now the truck dose not seem to have first gear.All others ok is it possible i did not put all the small litte ***** in there proper location?The problem ended up to be the vss.I was wondering if there was a scmetic of where the ***** go before I swap it back.7.3 IDI f250 4wheel drive.Used to burn rubber in first not any more.

Welcome to FTE. Are you sure the original didn't have a shift kit installed. I bought a "Tugger" kit for my '93. While installing it, I realized that it had the same springs I was installing.

Thank You! I am also looking for the pin and cavity location/wiring for the trany ecu.My tach quit today and the OD light is luminated 2nd and forth gear only.I ohmed the sensor after replacing it 64.97$ wirng good to first connector by battery but the harness runs around the front of the radiator to the trans ecu/left kick panel.

Thanks I found the power relay to the tcm at 4.7 volts.
