Gotta 96 f150 5.0 4x4 automatic and i got this shift kit B&M Shift Improver Kits 10025 - Mobile SummitRacing.com from summit, what can I expect? By the way it's got shorty headers, full exhaust and a CIA

I had the Banks Trans Command on my 1990 E4OD behind a 460 V8 and it worked very nicely. The installation was easy as it is an electronic module that hooks into the wiring harness of your tranny. The kid you have is a valve body kit and that may be very good too, but will be a lot of effort to install. I think the valve body kits are a great way to go, gets it at the source, but the electronic module can make things happen too. Do some research.
