Meguiars makes a polish called PlastX, it works pretty good. It's about $5 for a bottle at Walmart or any auto parts store. Might not clean them up real good if they are really bad, but it should help. If you get new ones, pick up a bottle of it and polish them regularly and they should stay nice and clear.
Get a good plastic polish and get them clear again. Then buy some 3M UV resistant film and apply in to the lenses. It will keep them shiny. I don't see how the only thing you guys have to suggest is to replace the lenses! Any of you guys have the 02-04 headlights and markers that you have replaced, drop me a PM.

That's why I recommended PlastX. It works great. It also works great on chrome. I use it on my grille, bumpers, etc and it makes them shine just like a mirror. Although, if the lenses are badly deteriorated, there's only so much a polish can do and replacement may be necessary.
I just use 3m marine rubbing compound with a buffer, then finish it off high speed with meguires carnuba. I do a light buff a couple times a year. Not bad for a 12 yr old superduty
Their fenders are sometimes hit & miss as to the fit but the head & tail light combinations are usually right on the mark. I use those quite a bit on older cars to give them better lighting. The only problem I have ever had witha light fit was b/c of a backyard straightening on a core support.
Sylvania makes a restoration kit that has lifetime guaranteed results. Other polishes, including that junk Meguire's stuff just strips away any remaining protection the headlight has, allowing for deeper damage to the lens, which in the future may not be repairable.
Just make sure that whatever kit you get, that it has the lifetime guarantee and has a step that you apply a new clearcoat.
