special edition?
I was driving down the interstate when a 97-03 f150 4x4 with crew cab past us...
I noticed as they went by that their tail gate had a different badge.
it had Police Interceptor badge just above the ford logo on the lower drivers side of the tail gate.
So it made me wonder if there was a special "police interceptor" edition f150 out there?
or was this "special badge" removed off something else and applied to the tailgate by the owner. From what I saw it looked very nicely done.

thought maybe they offered this "package"...for like DNR ( Department of Natural Resources)...or in rural county or ruged terain areas.
I didn't note weather it had dual pipes or not....its not that unusal to see that anyway.
pretty certain that it was body style was pre 04'....but I wasn't really paying too close of attention until it was past us...then there was just a few seconds. seen no visiable signs of extra lights or antenas
the badgeing in the video is very close/simular to what I saw on the tailgate
