I installed Stainless works headers and is making a tickling sound

Could you please help? I purchased the tuner and air intake from you, however, I wanted to get the headers but you were out so we ordered directly from Stainless works. I have an issue, once i hit the gas and RPM's go over 2,000 it makes a brrrrrr tickling sound, it replaced that deep strong sound it had before. Exhaust sounds great but the front of the truck doesn't. The company that installed them checked for leaks and didn't find any.
