If you are ordering parts, read this!!!

I ordered Rancho 9000XL last week from 4WHEELONLINE.com. Ten minutes after ordering the confirmation came back and had the wrong front shock number listed. I called customer service and they confirmed that they had put the wrong number in and would change it. The shocks arrived today with the incorrect front shocks. Called customer service and explained everything and was told to go online and fill out return form, which I did. After submitting form I read that the form would be reviewed in 7 days and a return authorization would be sent out at that point. After they received the shocks and confirm their condition they will send out correct shocks. Sorry for the long post but I thought everyone should be aware of their policy. Because of their screw up I've got to wait an additional two and a half weeks. DON'T BUY FROM 4WHEELONLINE!!!!!

Thanks ! I hate places that make you get a return authorization #.....it is especially bad that they caused the problem !

That is why I buy local at my performance parts store. Same or better price and no shipping.

They are absolutely horrible and are the worst to deal with! July 2007 I ordered my lift for my Excursion and they sent me one for an F250. After a few nasty phonecalls, they send me the right leaf springs, but the wrong shocks. It wasn't until the middle of August that they got everything right. I don't know how they're still in business...

It really pays to check customer reviews and check up on BBB for "online" providers.

Of course you still take your chances. It turns out 4WHEELONLINE.com is NOT BBB rated but many of the independent review paint a very gloomy portrait of their service. (Assuming I have the right retailer).

4wheelonline.com Business Review in Tampa, FL - West Coast Florida BBB.

Before placing an order with anyone (even those vendors who deal via Amazon, etc.) I suggest a Google search for "Vendor Reviews" and some in depth reading.

Those companies that participate are normally genuinely concerned about Customer Service.
