Shockwarehouse.com rip off?
I was looking for Bilsteins at a good price, and found them on shockwarehouse.com.
I had seen their add, and thought, what the he'll?
I gave them a shot.
I ordered shocks 24 Dec from them.
26 Dec the order stated that it was processed. (No tracking number)
9 Jan, still no shocks.
nobody answers the phone, the chat feature never connects to anyone, emails go unanswered.
anybody else ever deal with them?

I've also ordered from them in the past without any issues and speedy shipping. Usually wait till sales time, but can't really get good deals on Bilsteins there or anywhere else, but for other shocks, the sale prices have been competitive.
Never needed customer service.
