when it rains it pours.............

6 months ago when i had to get the inter-provincial safty done on my bronco i had to spend 350 for a new windsheild [among other things] to get the truck to pass bought 2 parts trucks 1 has a mint one and today an old customer of mine called me and advised that he bought a "derby truck" and asked if i wanted any parts before it was smashed up took a look today found a 76 supercab and i will be down on sunday to "rob&steal" this is what i found,
2 good original door panals,flip out rear 1/4 glass tinted,full xlt lower trim
perfect tinted windsheild with good ss wide trim, side glass, headliner,visors chrome steel glove box suround dash gauge suround,original am/fm casette ford radio emblems ect ect ect wifes gonna kill me for draging all these parts home but i just cant see them smashed and wrecked!!!

1 s/c 1 s/cs 3 reg cabs 1 granada 1 bronco 7 but 2 are parts trucks so they will be gone eventualy [wink wink] i guess and just had a call from a guy that has 2 79 broncos 500 each will look at them next week as i would like to have a spare transfer case and front diff [lucky i just built a 16ftx16ft back yard deck so lots of room to store underneith

well i went over to that truck on sunday scored a bunch of parts hears what i got
original am/fm ford cassett radio,2 door panals door, rear cab,box upper trim [fronts gone]chrome steel glove box suround,dash suround [like new] delay wiper switch,wide ss trim for windsheild,2 side door windows, 2 vent windows [TINTED WHOO HOO!!]
100 mph gauge set,2 tail lights, glove box door with the old style ranger xlt emblem [red white and blue] heres what i didnt get this truck had a brand new tinted windsheild cut the rubber lifted it out AND IT CRACKED DAM!!! green sun visors/headliner these are all going to go in my bronco when it gets back from the paint shop in about 3 weeks
it was sorta sad to see this nice original 76 f250 xlt s/c going to ford heven but the body was done rusted real bad but at least i am known in this town as "the original ford man" and was happy he allowed me to salvage these parts i could realy use
