WTF

so this isnt an idi question although it is an idi im working on. So when i bought my truck my pass window(power)woldnt open motor worked but didnt move the window so i took the door apart pulled the moter and replaced the plastic cog and rubber, motor worked put it in and the window came half way down and got stuck.So i greesed up everything and tried again went down but not back up. So it will go down but slows down about half way and speeds up near the bottom. but only goes half way up then i have to push or pull it up checked the side tracks it looks good cant see any bends or anything in the way. Also nothing wrong with the bottom window track where the actuater arm attatches.Any ideas? All i got is maybe the moter is tired and i need a new one. Thanks guys

we had a 91 f150 that was like that tho not quite as bad. the window would literally all but stop halfway up or down, and then would take off just fine. Tried everything you did it sounds like, never did figure it out.
