Have 00 Ranger with Ford deflector. I have discovered that two of the rubber cone shaped pieces that were stuck to the hood are gone. Any idea where I can get replacements?
I've not seen these bumpers available anywhere aftermarket, like in the autoparts stores "Help" section.
If you think you need them, put a cone shaped dab of clear silicone on the back side of the deflector & it'll be out of sight & still protect the paint if the deflector is hit hard enough to cause it to strike the paint.
I just use the little self adhering feet you get at ace or wherever for the boxes tht you put vcr tapes and whatever. They are about a 1/4 high can be round or square.
i took a small rubber bouncy ball and sliced it in half, glued the flat side to the bugshield with superglue, let the rounded side rest against the hood.
