If you want it to match, Krylon is not the answer. You can get some mixed by NAPA or other paint source using the factory code. Then get a re-fillable spray can from Harbor Freight. Use that to apply the matching color. Or use a spray gun and compressor.
There used to be a company that made "dupli-color" paints that matched factory, but I have not seen it recently. Given clear coat paints, I guess they left the market.
If you don't mind a mis-match, pick your Krylon of choice. If I did the hood with that, I'd do the tops of the front fenders down to a body line where there was a natural stopping point, depending on vintage, etc, and the grill at the base of the windshield. It would look funny, but maybe not as funny as a RED hood, and red fenders...
