O.K. Service advisor talks to Field Service Rep.and wants my truck back. Ford kept the truck two days and no change. Said they checked the hubs for any issue's. Now according to Field Service guy, wants to install 1 degree casters. Said if that does not work, they would remove and put in 2 degree, so on and so on. Does this sound right. Thanks, Mark
Just noticed this thread. I had a bad pull to the left. Went round and round with the dealer, alignment shops, my tire shop (where I got the aftermarket tires)....
2 things were done (after a few alignment checks, straightening the steering wheel).
1) The dealer found that my calipers were sticking / seized. They said there was a TSB about it. They replaced the entire front brakes...calipers, rotors, shoes, pads, etc. This freed up the front wheels, but I still had the pull.
2) They finally put a stock set of tires and wheels from another truck on mine and it drove straight as an arrow. It was determined that I had "radial pulls" in multiple tires. Now, mine were aftermarket tires but that could happen anywhere and rotating the tires won't fix it if you have more than one bad tire.
The tire shop ultimately replaced all 4 tires at no charge (and with 11,000 miles on them). After that, the pull was gone and continues to drive straight. Now at 18,000 miles.
Not sure if either of these issues apply to your truck, but wanted to throw it out there.

Mark. Yes adding more pos caster on rf. will tend to make it pull to left. so that should take care of it. Do you know how much caster is in LF,and RF. before they add any?
No, don't know what degree is in now. All I know is after 2 alignments, new tire, new wheel, and then last week messing with the hubs and still pulls. I hope this does the trick. Down the road when I get larger wheels and tires I hope this does not come back to bite me. Thanks for your input Hdslider, appreciate it. Mark
