Well Ive read thru all the threads and noone answered your origingal question, "where can I buy bump stops?" Mine fronts are shot, I never offroad the thing, I'm not going to do a spring swap, i just want to buy OEM leaf spring bumper stops. NAPA, Autozone dont list OEM's, fordparts.com dont list the fronts. Any leads?

I've seen them on EBay.

Ive seen generic ones on ebay but none that are bolt-on replacements for OEMs.

The springs I questioned on ebay are C codes... HMM 8200 a bit much wouldn't you say?
I'll assume at this point B & C code springs look identical.

Update:
I was just on the phone with the seller, he thinks I would be able to remove a leaf to achieve B code rate. What's your input gentlemen?

If they are C codes from a dually, get 'em and use 'em as is.

Seriously?
They're rated at 8250#, won't that be a rock hard ride?
I already bought them for $200 delivered but spoke to seller earlier about possibly canceling sale because they weren't B's.
He has a F350 and installed a 8" lift kit. Figured he would just dump them off online, take up space in garage.

Please check your PM, sent you one.

Yes, I know.

That's very subjective. But from posts I've read where others have done it, they were happy they did and had zero complaints about the ride.

I'll buy them from you for $200 delivered if you don't want them. Oh, wait, first, how many miles on 'em?

Please check your PM, sent you one.
Checked, nothing there yet. Will check again.

Understood. Would I still use V in the front or have to go with X?
I like what the v/b did for a members truck. The lift was exactly what I'm looking for.

Milage is 115,000 off a clean truck.

Another option would be to go with W's up front if you want, but if you like the V/B lift, then stay with V's.

With the C's you probably wouldn't need the tapered blocks, just use your OEM blocks. It depends on how tired those 115k mile springs are.

Understood. If I use the C rears with V's up front will it have a down rake or be somewhat level? If so will X up front correct it?

Back to bump stops.

These just came off my 04 with 120,000 miles. They were crumbling and barely holding on.

Had a hard time with a direct replacement and eventually went with these.
