Went and picked up my $43.46 hunting license and $8.90 "Upland Game Bird Validation". No stamps anymore, and the license looks like a receipt. I guess it's no big deal, but I kinda liked the artwork on the stamps.

I miss the stamps too. I think you can still get a duck stamp if you go to the DFG office, but I don't know about the upland. I'll probably just do it online from now on. I did my fishing license online this year.

You can still get them. I believe there is a request area on the DFG site.
I bought mine in June/July and when my stamp came they provided instructions to request them. I'll try and remember to fetch it when I get home today, but going to the ranch tomorrow so cross fingers.

Hmm
It might have been just the duck stamp as Bill said.
I'll check when I get home.

That's what I'm wondering; if I decide I want to Duck hunt this year, am I gonna have to go to a damned DFG office to get a stamp, or will they print out another receipt for me @ Big 5 or wherever?

Hey Steve I have a set of 18" steel wheels. You interested or should I just scrap them for a buck or so.

Nah, I'm not interested. But throw them in the chapter classified thread...Nathan might want them.
