Okay got po272 which is cyL 4 contribution / balance is my injector going out or already gone? can I fix it with some kind of pour in ****. Truck runs great for now , so what are my options.

 

has the code come back. its not unheard of to get a random misfire from poor quality fuel

 

Don't know yet just saw it for first time, I tossed it will check it later i guess. Also just changed oil and fuel filters 600 ago . Running T6 syn . Thanks cheezit I will run it a week and see if it does.

 

changing fuel filters can trap air in the system aswell casuing like issues.

Your truck probably just had a hickup

I know I changed the air filter in mine the other day after work and never started it again till the next day

then I go to start it the next day and IDK WTF happened but its like it got a big blast of fresh air and wasnt used to it and coughed hard once at startup and never did it again
I dont know what eles it could have been but air flow thats all I changed that day

anyway its an 03 they rule

Yea Benny i guess its a hickup , hope it doesn't come back . Its to hot now to pull this thing apart now. Was thinking about studs this winter when things slow down and maybe new injectors.
