Bad fuel injector?

I am getting a too rich code on bank 2. Fuel pressure is in the low end of the range and the exhaust smells pretty rich. The LTFT on bank 2 is cut all the way back to -27 so all I can think of is a bad or leaking valve. Truck idles a litte rough as well. Does anyone else know of something I am missing/ could this indeed be my problem?
