'08 Tail gate...
I know a guy that has an'08 tail gate for sale,it's a take off from someone having a utility bed put on,it does"not" have the step or handle,he said it doesn't even have a scratch on itit's white,he said the guy wants $300.00 for it,good price,fair price,could be better?,anyone how much they cost new....thoughts...

I am not sure how much new but the cheapest one listed on the junkyard site is $400 with most of then between 500-600.
You probably know this but just in case, you will need to change the tailgate hanger on the lower left in order to mount it. It is just held in place with two torx bits.

you can do better....300 is the MOST i would pay. depending on how patient you are and your need for a new gate, you might want to wait.
I just got a 2011 tailgate with one small scratch on it for $190, flexfuel emblem included
I just had to get a new drivers side hinge and a new handle for it, the rest of the parts (connecting rods, latches, cover plate) swapped right over no problem.
