hey guys, I'm having a huge problem finding the proper bedmat for my truck. Check this out: After searching for these for months and ordering and refusing them when they come they all appear to be the same.
The bed mat is a different material than the tailgate mat. Most bed mats I can find are a rough textured material while the tailgate mats are glossy plain rubber. They look like s*** when together. I'm way to picky for that.
I've tried Trail FX, ???, and Koneta, and Dee Zee appears to be the same crap. I was told by one of the suppliers that there is only one or two manufactures of these bedmats and they are all most likely the same.
Has anyone ran into this and has found the matching set?? I don't care what flavor they are, as long as they match!!
Never noticed that issue. Could try Cabelas, Northern Tool or truck accessory outfit. Probably won't be able to tell from a picture what the finish is though.
I take it you don't want a linex type liner? Be easy to get the same finish on everything. My truck gets used so much (for hauling) that it doesn't matter.
My bed mat is a one from the dealer. The tailgate mat is one from Tractor Supply. They match. I have not seen any like your talking about. Mine are both the textured type.
Yeah I was gonna suggest Tractor Supply as well. I got my bed mat there and they had it in stock. They had a matching tailgate mat but I didn't buy that.
Hey guys, I've searched all over the net. I'm emailing some ebay guys to find out if they can verify that they match.
I don't know if we have tractor supply co in my area. We do have whats called "Big R" which is like the same thing. They don't carry mats for our old trucks, only newer rigs, I checked.
I just don't want to spend the $$ to get my bed Rhino lined. My F150 had it, and I loved it. But problem is you can't take it with you when you upgrade trucks. Now the next guy is thanking me.
I agree about the bed liners being too expensive. I also don't want one, becaust if I ever need to remove it to have it redone or to do body work etc, it will be a complete pain to get it all off.
