AC Condensation

anyone notice the condensation dripping on their exhaust, i have noticed several time that when i get out of the truck after using the air i can hear the water sizzling as it drips on my exhaust.

AWQ134 - yah, the first time I heard that I thought I has broke something... because the first time I heard it was after I came in from playing in mud puddles :-) Something about the way it is set up, it drips right on that hot metal.

Ok thanks for explaining the meaning of recirculation, but I am talking about an instant and noticeable change in temp. The manual does state to use the recirc button to boost system performance. My first Ford truck was a 1969 so I am fully versed in fords ac systems, but I cannot recall ever having one that acts quite like this one, and I have had many. I am talking about a guesstimated 10 + degree drop almost instantly, not after several min. of recirculating.
