Whining under throttle
Just started today. While under partial throttle above ~35mph there is a noticeable whining noise. It seems to go away when just coasting and comes back under throttle.
Where should I start looking?

pop the hood and have someone rev the motor in neutral and see where its coming from. the stock ford pumps are known to whine, the belt tension pully should be more of a chirp but could whine i suppose if the pully was wearing out.
I would start with a new belt if its old.
