what chip is best for an idi? i want an outlook monitor on it.

there are no chips for IDI's they are mechanically controlled engines there is no computer to monitor.

Seems to be a lot of these threads lately...
It is impossible to put a 'chip' on our IDI engines. They are completely mechanical, no computers monitor or control any aspect of the engine*.
* The only exception is the FIPL (also called TPS) which is for the E4OD transmission. It has no effect on the engine.
