Blown Axle Seal?
Do I need to fix this? My intuition says yes. If so, what do I need to do?
I'm doing the hub and needle bearing work soon so I'll do it at the same time.

Inner axle seal. Since your going to have the diff apart you may as well do both sides.

This is very annoying. I JUST changed my differential fluid. Anything else I should do while I'm in there?
What part do I need?
Any write ups?

You may also need a case spreader but a few pieces of wood and a pry bar may also work. Don't drop the carrier on yourself.

Anyone got a link to the tool? This is becoming a pain..
Will I have to drain and refill my diff fluid?

From my manual. 205-424,425,426,427 are the stepped plates for the seals. 205-428 is the threaded bar.
Gonna have to try the local auto parts tomorrow looks like! Good luck man, that sux, I hate special tools!

Looking at the pic below I think you could make one somewhat cheaply.
Here is a crude drawing of how it might be able to be made. No idea if it will work but it's an idea.
