I had a problem where my wipers wouldn't park, just the other day.
Turned out to be the connection at the wiper motor. Cleaning the contacts and some white lithium grease fixed that problem.
Would need to know if you have intermitant wipers or not... Turn the wiper **** to the left if you can.
I'd check the connections at the motor first, then the wiring, then the switch. I have the specs to test the wiper switch if needed.
