Edge Missing File Problem

Edge Missing File Problem
So today i decided to update my edge. I returned the truck to stock, pulled the Edge, hooked it up to my computer and updated it. Took it back out to the truck, hooked it up, it read the HEX file and displayed the number. I proceded to choose level 2 to program it. It got to the checksum File 1 of 1 screen and it gives me "File Missing" and displays my Hex file "Please Update"
I run the update but there isnt anything to update. So i already have an email into Edge cause they are not open on the weekend. Anyone ever see this before.
I did get some weird message on the Fusion screen when i tried to update the second time, it said the file from my truck is a file that is new to Edge and i need to upload it so that they can make a program for it. Nothing has changed on my truck and ive been running this Edge for 2 yrs.
Ideas?

So I called edge today and they said they updated their files to include my missing hex file. They said just do an update and it will get the new info and I should be all set to program. So I did that and it worked. I just thought it was weird that for the last 2 years it worked fine then after the update it wouldn't recognize my HEX file. Weird huh?
