Anyone else having trouble with the latest sync update? keeping getting "Installation file not found" error?
I have done this before so I know how to do it. Tried two different USB sticks also, including the one I used for the last update. All files are correct on the USB stick.
This is on my signature truck 2013 with basic ford sync system.
They make it so hard to do these days. I can't seem to get all the files on my SD drive. I download the zip file and extract it then the site tells me to unzip one of the files, drag them to my drive and install. This is way to complicated so I just take it to the dealer and they do it free.

Be sure to have the USB formatted to FAT32, as well as, unzip the file before saving it. If this has already been done, try clearing the history, cookies, and cache from the browser and re-download the update. Keep me posted!

Yep FAT32, reformatted both USB drives that I tried it with, download on 2 different computers with no luck.
I got 4.4 installed no issues, this is 4.6 and can't get the basic sync system to find the install file.
I just checked my online at Owner.ford.com and it says I'm up to date but when I look at the history of the updates it says my current version is SYNC2 - V3.8 and it was from November 2015?

What is latest version? Was it just released? It says i have latest update as well.
