Why is this my heading? Because this part number caused me all kinds of problems and maybe the next person will get some info from it during a search. New Ford/Motocraft part # number is F75Z-9F945-CA dealer only part Fuel Vapor Canister Solenoid Purge Valve. I have more info if you're interested.
Help... I just ran into this part number myself. I have a 1999 F250 Super duty with 6.8 and I'm struggling to get any responses from this forum. I posted a thread about needing wiring diagrams ASAP due to some knucklehead cutting up my engine harness while I was away. I returned to my truck to find no harness or ends to the coil packs and injectors. Just a ton of pretty, rainbow colored wires chopped off near the firewall. Could not find a used or new harness anywhere ( I am in Baja, Mexico on holiday). .I am painstakingly rewiring the engine now and think I have the coils and injectors sorted out. But I just came across the F75Z-9F945-CA with...TA DAH....No wiring connected... and no connector on the valve. I still have a dozen cut wires sticking out from firewall next to fuse block so two of them must go to the valve but need to know which two. Any idea? Any input would be greatly appreciated.,
