boost gauge ??

was a good weekend... got my 350 blocks out in the rear.. all under coated... and my new glow shift pro and boost gauge installed...my prob is.. is there a better hose to use on the boost gauge??? it worked good when i installed it.. took it for an hour drive now show no boost... i think the line is to light... so didnt no if there is abetter line to use... also is it better to tap the intake or just put a t in the line already taped in to the intake??? thanks guys

I believe most guys just put a T into the line going from the intake to the MAP sensor. As far as the line goes, I'm no help on that, but I don't know why the line that came with the gauge wouldn't work. My guess is it cam apart somewhere or is broken. Is it possible that it was rubbing on something and rubbed through?
